"Agsapa" means "morning" in Ibaloi, the native dialect of those that live in Baguio. Be greeted with the sunrise each day in any spot to soak in the vista and landscapes of Baguio.

To complement the existing trail and adventure activities of Baguio, a spa culture of bathing in the best local produce of the region was introduced: Strawberry scrub, Benguet Coffee Scrub, Banana Leaf wraps, etc.

Landscaping is used to conceal service passages.

Slanted roofs were implemented to maximize the mountain view while minimize heat gain from the West.
A ramp-stair combination paired with scented gardens are to give an entire sensory experience of soaking in the north.
The villas are staggered and stilted to preserve the forest beneath it and give each unit natural wind and light while maintaining unobstructed views for the entire complex.
The Villa's design drags the lower level down to let more light in while giving the feeling of being suspended in the bedroom.
