University Project (2018) on providing economic housing solutions, utilizing Tropical bioclimatic design and local design elements such as bahay na bato base & timbering on facade.

Floor plan study is 2BR, single-attached duplex home. "Feature step up" resembling bahay na bato entrance and at the back to mark paved utility area as outdoor dirty kitchen.

PERSPECTIVES.

Wood trellis on front to shade front yard & sidewalk. Stone ground floor and maaliwalas (light, airy) 2nd floor. Layout intended to keep spaces open & permeable.
