A mixed-use office, commercial and residential tower designed to emulate the calming seascapes distanced from the city.
the site
Located in the middle of Cebu City, a booming dense CBD, with several developments by Ayala Land. The area is devoid of green spaces and without a trace of the natural landscapes of the province.
CONCEPT
"Bring the seascape in"
Draw in the depths of the concrete city the best of Cebu's seascapes.
PHILOSOPHY
"Architecture must be able to invite life"

The incremental setbacks dictates the progression of levels and segmented according to zone. Distancing the residential area as far from the street and noise, doubling as a sun shade for the courtyard.
SOLUTION
Draw people in the garden to make public space more inclusive. Gardens are often ornamental landscaping, this project aims to give the user a constant connection with the garden courtyard, whether a passerby, office employee or resident.

The incremental setback requirement of high towers gave the opportunity to produce several balconies and skyparks all opening to the central garden courtyard, giving a small serene space in the city.
